With the TOPCAJ2WN, instead of simultaneously offering a seat and a playing surface, the Turbo Slap-Top Cajon is placed onto your lap. This has a number if advantages:
You sit more comfortably, which is particularly advantageous for long playing sessions while the sound projection can be targeted with more accuracy for audiences i.e. forward. Plus the vertical orientation ensures the play feeling is improved due to the fact that the playing surface is easier to reach.
The playing surface of the Turbo Slap-Top Cajon consist of Walnut wood while the body is made from environmentally friendly fibreboard. A combination, that promises beautiful highs and warm, deep tones.
The typical snare effect of the Turbo Slap-Top Cajon is delivered by the snares attached to both sides of the T-piece. Two holes at the same height ensure for perfect sound development.
Needed an instrument for acoustic blues n folk gigs but not a fan of sit-on cajons. This item is perfect and goes great with the Meinl Bassbox that I have. Fantastic price and service from DV247
