The Mayones Setius 6 Transparent Dirty Redburst impresses with its feather-light playability and versatile sounds in the broad spectrum between rock and metal. Handmade in Gdansk, Poland, this electric guitar for left-handers features a mahogany body with a chic flamed maple top and a bolt-on mahogany maple neck with a pau ferro fretboard, on which every riff or solo comes out of the fingers as if by magic thanks to the fast "D" profile. The classic combination of a Seymour Duncan Jazz humbucker on the neck and a Seymour Duncan JB humbucker on the bridge ensures hot sound with rich pressure and precise sound development. Last but not least, the Mayones Setius 6 Transparent Dirty Redburst features high-quality hardware in the form of a Tune-O-Matic bridge and precise Schaller M6 Mini tuners.
For the construction of the Mayones Setius 6, Mayones relies on a selection of high-quality woods that promise a lively and powerful sound. Accordingly, the electric guitar features a mahogany body with a chic flamed maple top, while the bolt-on neck is made of three-piece mahogany with dividing veneers in maple for increased stability. Unhindered playability across the entire pau ferro fretboard is furthermore ensured by the combination of a flat "D" neck profile, generous cutaways and the rounded neck heel.
With two pickups from the Californian pickup guru Seymour Duncan, the Mayones Setius 6 impresses with a broad spectrum of tight rock and metal sounds. The Seymour Duncan SH-2n Jazz humbucker on the neck delivers a glassy tone for singing melodies and harmonically differentiated chords, while the extremely hot Seymour Duncan SH-4 JB on the bridge gives every riff or lick enormous assertiveness with its focused midrange and treble spectrum. Furthermore, the coil split option provides authentic single-coil sounds.
Last but not least, the Mayones Setius 6 Transparent Dirty Redburst impresses with its high-quality hardware equipment, which guarantees long-lasting playing pleasure even with frequent stage use. The classic Tune-O-Matic bridge, behind which the strings are guided through the body, guarantees optimum adjustment of intonation and string action, while a GraphTech Black TUSQ nut and Schaller M6 Mini tuners on the headstock guarantee stable tuning. Schaller S-Locks furthermore hold the Mayones Setius securely to the guitar strap.
