D-14 fret dreadnought, Sitka spruce top, rosewood body, mahogany neck, ebony fingerboard, 44.45 mm nut width, pickup system, including case
The Martin D-41E LRB from Nazareth, Pennsylvania is a richly decorated dreadnought acoustic guitar which produces an assertive and defined sound that develops fully and warmly even at the slightest touch. Thanks to its all solid construction consisting of a Sitka sprucetop framed with abalone bindings and a body made of East Indian rosewood, this high-quality instrument produces rich mids and highs that are complemented by clear and defined basses. For clean and comfortable playability, the almost 200-year-old company relies on a mahogany neck with an ebony fingerboard, which can be played up to the highest of the 20 frets due to its generous 44.45 mm nut width. A meticulously crafted bone nut and a matching saddle ensure perfect intonation over the entire scale length of 645mm. Fine abalone reduced-hexagon inlays in combination with precise golden open-gear tuners and the characteristic abalone company logo emphasize the value of this extraordinarily well made guitar. A sturdy case is included with the instrument.
