All solid electro acoustic guitar in dreadnought construction with Sitka spruce top, Sycamore body, Fishman pickup system and including bag
With the limited Martin D-16E Rock the Vote edition of the dreadnought classic D-16, the manufacturer Martin presents an electro acoustic guitar in all solid construction and a custom finish designed in cooperation with Robert F. Goetzl and David Crosby. The construction consisting of a Sitka spruce top and a Sycamore body creates a transparent sound image that conveys very clear treble, rich mid-range and warm bass frequencies, making the guitar particularly suitable for singers and songwriters. Thanks to a flat Select Hardwood neck with modified low oval profile and ebony fretboard, the acoustic guitar can be played comfortably in all 20 frets and allows even difficult fingerings to be mastered easily. Thanks to a 44.45 mm wide bone nut and a TUSQ saddle, the instrument intones perfectly and can be tuned easily and precisely with the help of stylish open gear nickel tuners, which adorn the characteristic Martin headstock. For amplified use the guitar is equipped with a Fishman Matrix VT Enhance NT2 pickup system, which reproduces the acoustic sound in a very natural way. The Martin D-16E Rock the Vote comes in a sturdy Martin soft shell gig bag.
