All-tube combo of the Studio JTM Series
The Marshall Studio JTM ST20C Combo is based on the famous Marshall JTM45 - also called Plexi - and makes the classic sound of the very first Marshall amplifier from 1962 now also available at low volumes. For a flexible tonal design, the guitar amplifier has the classic four inputs for both channels and a 3-band tone control with additional Presence control. Via the standby switch, the Marshall Studio JTM ST20C offers two different power levels: Low mode limits the power to 5 watts to provide rich tones for recording purposes or for small living room gigs through its internal Celestion G12M-65 speaker. In High mode, on the other hand, the amp draws its full 20 watts of power from two 5881 power amp tubes. Unlike the original, the Marshall Studio JTM is equipped with a handy DI output and an additional effects loop, but on the visual level, it remains true to the original in every respect with its historically correct 'Coffin' logo and classic Fawn Fret.
