Fuzz effect pedal with integrated octaver for electric guitar
The MXR M225 Sub Machine Fuzz is a classic Octave Fuzz effect device for electric guitar, with which authentic retro-rock sounds can be achieved. Based on a completely analog circuit, the pedal delivers fat vintage sounds with an added octave below the sound played. The effect can be perfectly adjusted using the proven controls for fuzz, volume, tone and sub, from slight signal greasing and compression to brute distortion. In addition, the MXR Sub Machine offers a separately switchable octave above the played sound. Another special feature is the Series switch, which feeds the otherwise parallel connected sub-octaver directly into the fuzz and thus delivers particularly powerful sounds.
