I bought this two tier stand because I never felt quite happy putting my performance case and a laptop on a more traditional keyboard stand. I am going to feel a lot more secure on stage now that I have bought this stand. The build quality is just fine. Some features like simple locking arms (rather than thumbscrews) would have been nice, but I acknowledge that at this price point I can't expect the product to be the best of the best. It is a minor inconvenience that the stand dissembles into three pieces, but it's only a minor niggle so I rated this stand 5/5.
If the second tier vertical pillars had a few extra holes to alter their height I would have given five stars for operation. The pillars can be angled out, but that is limited with a narrow second keyboard. Some DIY careful drilling achieved desired results. As usual excellent price and service from Music Store.
