M-Live B.Beat 128 GB WiFi at a glance:
M-Live 's B.Beat is a flexible playback device for solo entertainers with built-in digital mixer and HDMI video output. B.Beat reads and plays music and media files in WAV, multitrack audio, stems, MIDI, video MP4, Mov and JPG formats. Backing tracks from MP3 files to extensive multitrack audio projects from the DAW can be used with up to 16 mono or 8 stereo tracks. In addition, it is possible to output the backing tracks synchronously to videos or visuals via the HDMI output on a monitor, projector or video wall. The WiFi version has a built-in WiFi antenna to connect the device to a wireless network and get direct access to the songservice.it database.
The integrated digital mixer combines all sources and allows convenient equalization of all volumes. Directly accessible are the levels for backing tracks, the metronome click, line input and overall volume; very convenient to reach the most important without detours. The M-Live B.Beat is equipped with a total of six audio outputs, these allow a "pre-sorting" of the backing tracks and other tracks to the stage mixer of the band or the solo entertainer. In addition, B.Beat recognizes the click track and can route it to one of the six available outputs and simultaneously to the headphone output. This is particularly relevant for fellow musicians who cannot benefit from a MIDI-Clock.
A reliable companion for everyday stage use
The device is optimized for maximum reliability. A special live mode pushes the processor to the maximum, ensuring smooth operation during the performance; this is also achieved by blocking secondary operations in the background. The idea behind B.Beat is to simplify the management of backing tracks and videos during a show. The compilation of performances and projects is pleasantly simple and can also be done directly on the device. A project can contain music, MIDI tracks, videos and images and even send content to external equipment. On the one hand this supports the musician with more possibilities, on the other hand it enriches the audience by e.g. providing lyrics to sing along via video projector. The audio tracks created at home respectively in Studio in a DAW can be transferred to B.Beat. An included app that runs on Windows and Mac computers allows the comfortable compilation of the projects and also the assignment and adjustment of tracks. If you want to play a video in sync with the music, you can upload it to B.Beat and manage it in conjunction with the backing tracks and of course play it independently to other media.
