Look Solutions Viper 2.6 DMX Fog Machine

The VIPER 2.6 is the more powerful variant of the Viper nt. It combines the latest digital technology with proven technology and performance. Enormously strong fog output, simple operation and the possibility to connect an external fan characterize this device. The VIPER 2.6 can be controlled via DMX as standard. The connection is made via a 5pin XLR cable. The DMX start address is set and stored via the membrane keypad. It remains stored even if the unit is disconnected from the mains. Analog (0 - 10 V) the unit can be operated via a console or optionally via XLR-Remote. Here the connections are made via 3pin XLR cables. A stand-alone operation is also possible. In this case, the amount of fog is set directly on the device. By briefly pressing the start button, the device fogs automatically. This makes the permanent pressing of the start button superfluous. With the integrated timer, fogging time in seconds, pause time in minutes and output quantity in % can be precisely programmed. The membrane keypad with illuminated numerals and easily recognizable symbols allows uncomplicated operation through simple menu navigation. It also provides protection against the soiling of the operating elements.

Fine adjustment of the output quantity

Digital technology enables fine adjustment of the pump's output. In the 1% steps, the output quantity can be set from 0 - 99%. From the smallest fog cloud to dense continuous fog, any desired effect can be created without any problems. This makes it possible to use it in smaller locations as well as in halls.

Connection for external fan

An external fan with max. 800 Watt can be connected to the VIPER 2.6. This can be controlled via DMX 512. The device then occupies two consecutive channels on the console.
