Line 6 is expanding its new POD Express family with the POD Express Black, a high-gain version of the modelling pedal, which is equipped with versatile features for practice and jam sessions as well as for studio and live use. Line 6 focuses on raw sounds that are suitable for everything from rock to metal, making it ideal for driving brute Distortion in high-gain ranges. With a total of seven amp and cabinet models as well as 17 effect models (including looper), numerous rack combinations are available to deliver studio-ready sounds. The pedal is also easy to transport thanks to its compact design, making the Line 6 POD Express Black a practical high-gain all-rounder toolbox!

The amp and cabinet models come in flawlessHX quality and deliver an exceptional sound and an authentic playing feel. Thanks to a clear UI design, the pedal can be operated intuitively, allowing not only professionals to find a quick workflow, but also beginners to find their individual sound thanks to a flat learning curve. Furthermore, both a stereo main output and a 3.5 mm stereo headphone socket are installed and a separate USB-C audio interface input provides the option for recording, as a monitoring solution or for re-amping. An additional expression pedal can be connected as an option, which can be used to control the volume or two external footswitches. The POD Express Black is therefore an affordable all-rounder and offers versatile options if you need an entire guitar setup on the go.
