This is a great guitar. I have been very happy with all aspects of the guitar. The sound and operation of the guitar is just as it is in the videos. Setting up the software takes a bit of work but everything is available online to guide you through the process step by step. I am looking forward to pairing the guitar with the HD500 in the near future
