The UFO 1U from Koma Elektronik is a simple LFO with three waveforms in Intellijel 1U format. The adjustable frequency ranges from 0.03 Hz to 36 Hz; the selectable waveforms are square, triangle and sawtooth. With a footprint of only 8 HP, this module is a useful voltage source for most patches that don't require particularly complex modulation.
