The K&M 18810 Omega Keyboard Table offers the greatest possible stability due to its compact tubular steel construction and the large, round parquet covers. The support height can be adjusted by snap-in clamping screws, which are attached on both sides. The support arms are also adjustable so that you can adjust them individually to the size of your keyboard. The keyboard benches 14085 and 14086 are available to match the design. The 18813 attachment can optionally be attached for a laptop or a second keyboard. You can also use the 18814 adapter to mount the 18956 microphone boom or the 18958 music stand.
We started with the grey stand for our keyboard only to find that they later did the white versions. They improved the corner top brackets on the two white later versions that made them even more stable. This arrives flat and is easily put together and because it is a flat pack means that it is convenient to quickly assemble and dissemble for portability. It is very sturdy and adjustable and we can not find fault with it, it also has additional accessories if need, ie shorter arms for a 88 keyboard. Our first one holds a white Yamaha Motif xf6 which is heavy but the stand is solid. K & M has just brought out a folding model of this but it is bulky and does not pack flat so we did not buy it. This is a gem of a stand and is highly recommended.
The stand is very well/cleverly packaged, you instantly get the feel of a premium product. There are plenty of adjustment options for any kind of keyboard. I like the way two black screws hold the main bearing frame in place. The mechanism is such that they quick and easy to undo, and when you fasten them all the way the whole structure is very stable, no shaking of any kind at all, plus it is easy to adjust the height of the stand for just one person.
