The Knosti Disco-Antistat Ultrasonic 2.0 record cleaning machine offers a premium solution for professional vinyl care. Equipped with a powerful ultrasonic transducer operating at 46 kHz, it generates cavitation bubbles that effectively and gently remove dirt and grime. The cleaning process is further enhanced by a system of goat hair brushes, which efficiently eliminate loosened particles. Ultrasonic waves penetrate even the most inaccessible grooves, ensuring a thorough cleaning that preserves sound quality. The system includes cleaning concentrate, highly purified water, a label protector with magnetic coupling, a drying rack, a sponge brush, and a mixing bottle. A reusable aluminium-glass filter continuously removes impurities from the cleaning solution, which can be conveniently returned to the bottle afterwards. The antistatic treatment reduces susceptibility to dust accumulation. A Bosch electric motor ensures the record rotates evenly within the durable fibreglass-reinforced tank, while adjustable cleaning durations cater to varying levels of dirt. A progress indicator simplifies monitoring during use. Regular maintenance is essential to protect records from scratches, wear, and intrusive noise. Important Notice:

The ultrasonic function (ultrasonic transducer with 46 kHz) is designed to switch on and off intermittently to prevent the cleaning fluid from overheating. Vinyl can start to warp at temperatures as low as approximately 35 degrees Celsius. Tests conducted during the development process have shown that this on-off cycle not only delivers the best cleaning results but also ensures the safety of both the records and the device itself.

Product Safety Information

• The device must only be connected to a protected power socket (230 V in accordance with VDE guidelines).

• Liquids must never come into contact with the electrical components. If this occurs, the device must be completely dry before being used again.

• Tilting the device while filling or cleaning is strictly prohibited to avoid the risk of electric shock.

• The use of unsuitable liquids (e.g., solvents or household cleaners) is not permitted and will void the warranty.

• The cleaning device must only be operated by adults who have read and understood the operating manual. Children must neither operate the device nor play near it.

• The set includes Ultraclean concentrate and BiDest water. The concentrate should only be mixed with appropriate water, such as Disco-Antistat BiDest, to prepare the cleaning solution.

• The use of other liquids or aggressive cleaning agents is not permitted, as they could impair the device's functionality and void the warranty.

• The liquids are not suitable for consumption and must be kept out of reach of children. Avoid direct contact with eyes and skin. In the event of contact, thoroughly rinse the affected area with water.

• The device must not be used near open flames or heat sources.
