The Keeley Angry Orange effects pedal delivers multi-faceted distortion and fuzz options
4-in-1 distortion/fuzz pedal with fully analog signal path
With the Angry Orange, Keeley puts two legendary distortion and fuzz circuits into one pedal, which has a fully analog signal path and offers a full range of setting options. In addition to the three controls for Tone, Level and Drive, the Angry Orange features two further toggle switches that can be used to control or combine the MF and DS modes for Tone and Drive independently of each other - making the pedal a comprehensive 4-in-1 distortion fuzz effect with versatile setting options. From stoner rock/hard rock to heavy metal, everything is possible!
Despite all the setting options, the Keeley Angry Orange pedal is compact and clearly laid out
Hybrid distortion and fuzz modes via MF and DS switches
The multitude of options is reminiscent of a type of modeling pedal, but the Angry Orange has two completely analog circuits, allowing you to freely decide which clipping section should be activated. The MF and DS modes can be set using two toggle switches, allowing individual hybrid sounds to be created that cover all distortion and fuzz types. In addition to true bypass, there is also a buffered bypass function that can be activated by holding the footswitch: If you hold down the footswitch for two seconds, the LED display flashes 2x for True Bypass and 3x for Silent Buffered Bypass. Despite a wide range of setting options, the Angry Orange pedal is compact, simple and clearly laid out, which means that only little space is required for two legendary circuits on the Pedalboard.
