The Kawai CA 78 digital piano is the further development of the Kawai CA-97 digital piano. It is also equipped with the Grand Feel II keyboard mechanics, but offers a new sound generation, a new soundboard system, new speakers developed in collaboration with Onkyo and a 5" touch screen. The Kawai CA-78 digital piano is equipped with Bluetooth MIDI and Bluetooth audio technology, which provides wireless communication with supported smart devices such as smartphones or tablets.
For the first time, Kawai offers a high-resolution multi-channel sampling of all 88 keys in combination with the latest Resonance Modelling technology with the new Pianist Mode. This mode uses the entire DSP power of the system for piano sound generation. This gives the player a lively and authentic playing experience.
The Kawai CA 78 has a completely newly developed soundboard playback system. It now has two transducers on the soundboard that significantly extend the frequency range. In addition, there are additional ribs on the inside of the instrument to optimize the radiation.
The Kawai CA 78's new speaker system was developed in collaboration with Onkyo, one of Japan's leading premium audio manufacturers. Innovative technologies such as 1-bit processing, dual DAC signal conversion, DIDRC filtering and Discrete Spectra module make the sound incredibly clear and powerful.
With the 5" touch screen, Kawai introduces a new operating concept for its digital pianos. The Kawai CA 78 now has a capacitive 5" touch screen with a newly designed user interface.
Once the Kawai CA 78 digital piano is paired with a smartphone, tablet or other compatible device, a wide range of music-related apps can be conveniently used in conjunction with the instrument. Audio files from mobile devices can be played back wirelessly via the speakers of the digital piano via Bluetooth audio coupling.
When you purchase a Kawai digital piano, you receive the Zapiano.com Piano Introductory Course as a gift. The piano course includes over 30 videos, sheet music and audio files. They can start immediately without any previous knowledge and play their first two-handed piece at the end of the course.
The Zapiano® method is a holistic method that includes all sensory channels. This ensures that you don't just press keys, but learn to play the piano. Well-founded, creative and with fun!
