4/4 concert guitar, solid, spruce top, Ovangkol body, 650 mm scale length, 52 mm nut width, mahogany neck, ebony fingerboard, high gloss finish.
With the "Estudio Classic" series, Spanish luthier Juan Hernandez presents the most affordable version of his popular concert guitars. The instrument owes its powerful and defined sound to a solid 4/4 construction consisting of a bright sounding spruce top and a coarse-grained Ovangkol body. Due to its razor-thin finish, the guitar produces a very fast responding tone which is particularly strong in the mid-range and rich in the bass frequencies. A flat mahogany neck with an ebony fingerboard offers the player enough space to easily master even complicated pieces thanks to a scale length of 650 mm and a nut width of 52 mm. Golden tuners with white buttons allow precise tuning of the 6 strings, which intonate cleanly in all 18 frets due to the fine workmanship of the bridge inlay and nut. A noble high-gloss finish emphasizes the versatile grain of the woods used and rounds off the appearance of the Hernandez Estudio in a very aesthetic way in combination with elaborate bindings and a richly decorated soundhole rosette.
