As an electric guitar perfectly tailored to tight high-speed riffing and virtuoso solos, the X Series Kelly KEXQ convinces with first-class playing characteristics despite its aggressive design. The heart of the guitar is without a doubt the full-length maple neck reinforced with graphite inlays, which promises excellent playing characteristics up to the 24th fret of the Indian Laurelfingerboard thanks to the nimble "Speed Neck" profile with a compound fingerboard radius that becomes flatter towards the higher registers. On the poplar body wings, an intensively drawn cloud maple top in transparent green Finish also provides a particularly noble look.
High Output Pickups and Floyd Rose Tremolo
To elicit adequate rock and metal sounds from the guitar amp, Jackson equips the Kelly KEXQ with two High Output humbuckers.
