The Jackson Pro Soloist SL2 Electric Guitar Metallic Black is a 6-string electric guitar, with a nato body, maple neck, ebony fretboard, and a metallic black finish. The Pro Soloist Series from Jackson embodies the true "shredding" nature in the guitar world. New for 2016, impressive colours have been introduced to impose extra metal goodness. The SL2 still retains all of its previous key features however, for example, being fitted fitted with Seymour Duncan Distortion Mayhem pick-ups, a Floyd Rose FRT-02000 Double Locking Tremolo and an ebony compound radius fretboard, meaning that this guitar shred as well as resonate beautiful chords and clean notes, suitable for anything from blues to country.

Engineered specifically for high speed and technically demanding playing the Pro Soloist SL2 boasts the Floyd Rose FRT-O2000 double-locking tremolo bridge, which is recessed for pick hand comfort and providing laser-accurate intonation and ultra-stable tuning when combined with the Floyd Rose R3 locking nut. A pair of modern Seymour Duncan Distortion Mayhem humbucking pickups were chosen to drive this guitar’s versatile sound, leading to a highly balanced, flexible tone, offering high output for pristine cleans as well as rugged distortion.
