Two-channel overdrive effect pedal for electric guitar
With the JHS Pedals Sweet Tea V3, the Kansas City-based effects company combines two of its most popular overdrive effects into one pedal that is ideal for medium to high-gain sounds. The right half of the pedal contains the JHS pedal Moonshine V3, while the left half contains the JHS pedal Angry Charlie V3. Both circuits can be used separately or together, so that the JHS Pedals Sweet Tea V3 leaves no sound wish unfulfilled. You can also change the internal order of effects using a mini-switch.
Right pedal half with Moonshine V2
The right half of the JHS Sweet Tea V3 pedal contains the Moonshine V2, a striking overdrive circuit with an accentuated midrange spectrum that ensures enormous assertiveness even with high drive control settings. The "Proof" switch can also be used to precisely determine the gain structure, while the Clean control adds the dry signal.
Left half of the pedal: Angry Charlie V3
The left half of the JHS Sweet Tea pedal is taken by the Angry Charlie V3 Overdrive, which convinces with its authentic British-style"Amp in a Box" sound. With the Drive control and the classic 3-band tone stack you can adjust a wide range of sounds with a strong character, from the juicy crunch for blues and rock to the powerful brown sound for endlessly singing solos.
