Jack & Danny New LC300 VS (Vintage Sunburst) Electric Guitar
The Jack & Danny New LC300 VS (Vintage Sunburst) is a 6-string electric guitar with a vintage design and quality components. The new range has an adapted body shape which impressively presents the familiar feeling and the coveted sounds of the model. This classic electric guitar has been equipped with 2x Alnico humbuckers, the circuitry of which evokes the characterful sounds of the 1950s. The strong 'C' neck profile also offers enough wood for a secure grip with the hand when playing chords and bending notes, whilst tuning stability and resonance is taken care of by the Tune-O-Matic bridge and stop-bar.
Alnico Humbucker Pick-Ups The 2x humbuckers of the New LC300 were made according to a classic design and feature the same Alnico magnets that were used in the original humbuckers of the mid-1950s. In combination with a moderate coil winding these pick-ups are therefore suitable for tones ranging from clean Jazz to warm Blues crunch to the high gain sounds of hard rock and metal. A 3-way toggle switch alternates the circuit of the guitar.
Gold Hardware The hardware of the New LC300 range is faithful to the original, meaning the body of this single-cut instrument features a classic Tune-o-Matic-style bridge, with 6x individual tabs that can be adjusted for each string, with the strings leading to an aluminium stop-bar. Found on the headstock are 6x Kluson-style vintage tuners which not only ensure tuning stability, but also provide the appropriate appearance of this classic.
The main features of the Jack & Danny New LC300 VS (Vintage Sunburst) include:
Guitar was very badly set up on arrival even though it had been qc checked bridge was so low the e and a string was more or less lying on the fretboard. Some binding is badly done. Frets need smoothing but for the price can't grumble. Far better looking than harley benton models. Sounds great. I will purchase another
To add to this I had to reace the nut hence the strings on the fretboard. The low e and a were cut so far down it was unreal.
For the price you get a genuinely well crafted guitar, the Les Paul Custom look is done very well and apart from a few sharp fret ends and high frets it feels and sounds great.

Great price/perf ratio with minor flaws and tweaks needed.
Great LP style guitar, punching well above epiphone at this price range with the same classic sound and looks. Recommended for intermediate users who are experienced with tweaking and adjusting their guitars.
Pros: Great LP humbucker sound Fretwork is acceptable, no sharp frets edges. Finish is good, but with minor blemishes
Cons:
Fret tops were scratchy, needs to polishing works. Nut needs lubrication. Neck relief needs adjustment. Minor finish blemishes on bindings and headstock

Nice-looking and good quality instrument fo the money: paintjob is good, tuners ok etc. Maybe pickups lacking some character but they are not bad either. And the biggest surprise is that intonation is perfect (after some arrangements) all over the fretboard regarding my item which is not ordinary even in 1000€ priceclass!
