When I opened the box, I found a nice, pretty looking guitar with great build quality. Its just cool feeling when I took the guitar into my hands, and it sounds awesome! Although this guitar is a "replica" of original Gibson Les Paul, I would recommend it to everybody who whant to have a good LP-like guitar of a solid quality, and not to pay much for it.
The guitar is a very well made copy of a LP. Weights like hell and sounds amazing, due to the pickups and the massive mahogany body. The paint job is really well done too.
But it have three drawbaks, being the first one the most important. The neck nut was TOO low, making the guitar umplayable. I had to replace it with a new one (bone). It was a really easy operation, but I think its not allright to sell a piece with this fail.
The second is that the pickguard nut has scratched the vernish, making a hole in it, so if you want it removed you see the scratch there. This could have been addreeesd with a plastic or rubber protection under the nut.
Ahd the third is minor, and is that the fretboard is not properly oiled, being too dry, making my fingers get stuck while Im trying to bend the strings.
Overall, this is a really good guitar for the money it cost (the pickups alone are 120€), but the first flaw is a really big problem for someone thats not used to work on their guitars.
Affordable guitar for those who want style and comfort, but certainly not a very professional choice.
It still has an awesome sound and it feels like butter in your fingers. This was the first guitar i bought and i dont regret it although it will not be my last. Except the pickups that are great the rest of the hardware doesnt seem to have much effort put into it. Worth it for the price it was.
Very good option for someone who wants a very high price /performance ratio. I own tthis guitar and overall I don't regret it no problems with the sound during live or rehearse. Moreover is very reliable and money-saving choice without having the stress of keeping it very safe or taking care every minute not to scratch not to dust it etc. Give it a chance if you don't want to spend a fortune and have a cool instrument...
