The Istanbul Mehmet BlackBell Crash Cymbal with 18” has a traditional finish with a spectacular appearance and a diverse sound. It is suitable for almost every drummer from beginners to experts. What’s special about the Istanbul Mehmet BlackBell Cymbals is the dark and untreated character of the bell but also the soft sound of the playing area.

This combination results in an extreme wide range of different sounds which is suitable for every kind of music. For example you can play the cymbal quiet and with a lot of definition or you can play loud and dark. All Istanbul Mehmet cymbals are made from B20 bronze and are, of course, handmade like all the Istanbul cymbals. The BlackBell cymbals are available in two variations: Traditional-and Shiny finish.

The mixture makes the difference

A raw bell and a softly trimmed playing area combine the specialties of the Mehmet Black Bell cymbals. The bell is dark and has an untreated configuration; the rest of the cymbal is lathed and has a well defined character. This mixture of loud and soft tones makes the Black Bell cymbals so unique.
