For the price, this subwoofer stand brings a really nice performance boost. I had already bought a pair of aperta 150 stands for my monitor audio studio speakers which were also great. My set-up is approximately £4000 of hi-fi split between cd/dvd player, amp and speakers and subwoofer. Basically the sub stand brings greater precision to the bass response. Boom and smearing is significantly reduced, bass notes suddenly have more texture and control. The effect is not subtle. At this price, an easy decision. If you are serious about sound, treat yourself!
If you care about sound quality then ISO Acoustic should be part of your setup.
I started with ISO Acoustic pucks under my speakers (Wharfedale Linton) and immediately and clearly heard an improvement in sound quality. Sounded more relaxed with more air around the music and clearer separation of the instruments. Based on this result I immediately ordered the ISO 200SUB for my subwoofer. Base became more tight and better integrated with the whole system. My subwoofer is now invisible.
If you care about sound quality, then you have probably already invested in decent speakers and electronics. Adding ISO acoustics will be cost effective way to help you get the maximum out of your investment.
