Primarily, Amps by Intellijel is a linear dual VCA with some special features. Individually, each VCA offers volume control via fader, a level booster with 6 or 20dB gain and a CV attenuator with selector switch for positive or negative control range. Since all inputs and outputs are normalized, the module can also be used as a crossfader, ring modulator and mixer. In addition, several amps Module can be connected to each other at the rear via daisy chain (cable is included) for more complex applications. The second channel can be used as a ring modulator due to the phase reversal switch. The CV normalization, which can be inverted and shifted, enables a VC crossfader function.
