5-string fretless electric bass with fretless fingerboard, PowerSpan pickups and active tone control
The Ibanez Standard SR375EF-BBT Fretless Brown Burst offers compelling noble bass appointments and a fretless fingerboard at a surprisingly affordable price. For instance, the electric bass features a maple body whose grain remains visible through the elegant "Brown Burst" finish, while the streamlined soundgear design comfortably hugs the bassist for a stable playing position. With a slim profile, the five-piece maple and walnut neck sits comfortably in the hand, making complex grooves easy to play. In addition, the fretless jatoba fingerboard promises the coveted, indulgent fretless tone, with handy fretlines allowing even beginners to intonate with confidence. When amplified, the five-string turns out to be a musical cosmopolitan to which no genre is alien. Responsible for this are the Ibanez PowerSpan humbuckers, whose coils can be called up in different combinations via the power tap switch. In addition, the active 3-band tone control allows precise adjustments of the most important frequency ranges. Last but not least, the Ibanez Standard SR375EF-BBT Fretless Brown Burst electric bass features the massive Ibanez Accu-Cast B125 bridge and precise Ibanez bass tuners.
The characteristic Soundgear body gives the Ibanez Standard SR375EF-BBT Fretless Brown Burst a high level of playing comfort.

Great bass guitar for the price. Great sound from it. Neck is a lot lighter in colour than the photos show, somewhere between rosewood and maple so takes away from the overall look. Out of the box though mid and treble knobs were loose, allen key provided to sort this out but considering there was a quality control tag i would have thought this would have been checked. Usual high set up from factory so still settling in with it. Overall good quality and price.
