The Ibanez Standard SR370E-SBG Surreal Black Dual Fade Gloss offers convincing noble bass appointments at a surprisingly affordable price.
For instance, the bass features a maple body whose grain remains visible through the elegant Finish, while the streamlined soundgear design comfortably hugs the bassist for a robust playing position. With a slim profile, the five-piece maple and walnut neck sits comfortably in the hand, making complex grooves easy to get out of your fingers.
At the amp the five-string turns out to be a musical cosmopolitan, which is not alien to any genre. Responsible for this are the Ibanez PowerSpan humbuckers, whose coils can be called up in different combinations via the power tap switch. furthermore, the active 3-band EQ allows precise adjustments of the most important frequency ranges. Last but not least, the Standard SR370E-SBG Surreal Black Dual Fade Gloss Electric Bass from Ibanez features the massive Ibanez Accu-Cast B120 bridge and precise Ibanez bass machine heads.
Bass looks awesome and is really versatile and cool sounding, i dont even own a bass amp but sounds real good through a guitar amp as well. Would recommend, nuff said! :)
Great bass guitar for the price. Great sound from it. Neck is a lot lighter in colour than the photos show, somewhere between rosewood and maple so takes away from the overall look. Out of the box though mid and treble knobs were loose, allen key provided to sort this out but considering there was a quality control tag i would have thought this would have been checked. Usual high set up from factory so still settling in with it. Overall good quality and price.
