IBANEZ Premium RG1070PBZ-BTB Brown Topaz Burst
Electric guitar with poplar top, DiMarzio pickups and Edge-Zero II tremolo
The Ibanez Premium RG1070PBZ-BTB Brown Topaz Burst not only offers a versatile sound for rock and metal, but also a first-class playing comfort and an elegant look. The American lime-tree body is covered by a solid poplar top, whose vivid grain is accentuated by the transparent burst finish. Another absolute highlight is the elaborately built neck, which is composed of no less than eleven parts of wenge, bubinga, maple and amaranth and combines 24 stainless steel frets and fluorescent side dots in its wenge fingerboard. The versatile HSH configuration of the New York pickup manufacturer DiMarzio delivers the right sound for clean ballads, solid rock and brute metal riffs. In addition, the Ibanez RG1070PBZ is a true shredder guitar with the extremely stable Edge-Zero II tremolo and Gotoh MG-T locking tuners for comfortable string changing.
The Ibanez Premium RG1070PBZ convinces with its chic look and the versatile sound of its DiMarzio humbuckers.

UPD. A week or so ago faint noize appeared on low B and E strings. Now it spread on A a bit too and progressed in loudness to the state of rendering instrument useless. It goes from inside the neck, like truss rod resonates or something. But on any fret of three lower stings. Guess it's going back to shop.
Got this beauty as my first seven string. Was nervous about possibly ugly top /visible top joint in center of guitar, since top is made of two parts, but totally won the lottery and got gorgeous one. Stainless steel frets with ibanez premium fret edge treatment, copper shielding, PAF-7 pups - guitar feels very nice overall. Only minor complaint may be that it was not set properly out of the box, but it took like five minutes to set intonation and action heigth right.
Oh, and wenge/bubinga neck is kinda lightly textured, which might turn off some people, who like only silky smooth polished necks.
So - solid instrument with impressive look (may vary, probably, but I got awesome one). Very happy with purchase.
