Japanese made electric guitar with Ibanez Pickpus and Edge Tremolo
The Ibanez Genesis RG570-JB Jewel Blue combines the essential features of the original RG models from the wild 1980s into a first-class electric guitar for hard rock and metal. Accordingly, the Ibanez RG from the Genesis Collection has a Linde body with the well-known sleek lines and a screwed maple walnut neck in the incredibly slim "Super Wizard" profile. A combination of Ibanez V7 and V8 humbuckers with an Ibanez S1 single coil delivers first-class sounds between rock and metal, while the Ibanez Edge Double Locking Tremolo Dive Bombs takes in unshakeable tuning stability.
Ibanez Genesis RG570 with authentic construction
For the construction of the Ibanez Genesis RG570, Ibanez uses the construction method that has been proven since 1987. Accordingly, the sweeping body is made of lime and screwed to the five-piece maple walnut via the classic "Tilt Joint". The incredibly slim "Super Wizard" profile with just 17 mm wood under the first fret offers unhindered playability over all 24 frets of the rosewood fingerboard.
Classic Ibanez pickups for versatile rock and metal sounds
The Ibanez Genesis RG570-JB Jewel Blue uses the classic Ibanez V7, V8 and S1 pickups, with which the electric guitar on the amplifier fulfills almost every sound wish. The V8 humbucker with Alnico magnets on the bridge delivers burning leads and tight riffs, while the V7 with ceramic magnet on the neck promises a glassy sound for melodies and chords. Last but not least, the Ibanez S1 Alnico-Single Coil in the middle position convinces with the typical bell sound for melodies and chords. With the help of the 5-way blade switch, versatile tones can be called up by different combinations of pickups.
Ibanez Edge Double Locking Tremolo
As a real rock and metal guitar with the charm of the 80s, the Ibanez Genesis RG570 also offers the classic Ibanez Edge tremolo. Thanks to the double locking construction, it keeps the mood even when the Whammy Bar is used extensively and enables solos with unrepentant dive bombs and bloodcurdling squeals. In addition, precise Gotoh tuners work on the headstock.

This is my 5th guitar (my 3rd Ibanez) and, to be honest, this is the best guitar I own. The other two Ibanez are the Premium RG721MSM and the Prestige UV777P-BK.
It's really comfy despite the neck joint and the pickups sound really clean despite the fact they are not DiMarzios.
The only thing I missed was a case for the guitar, but I paid 851€. 11/10 value for the money.

You know what you’re getting with this. Pure 80s metal cheese with state of the art Japanese craftsmanship. Some people might prefer more modern pickups, but that almost defeats the whole putpose of this guitar. Mega playable bending and dive bombing heaven! The finish is amazing as is the setup. Plays and feels as good as guitars at twice the value. Highly recommended.
