Structure and sound
Due to its grand dreadnought design, the AAD50-TCB has a particularly large body that produces a very assertive sound due to its voluminous soundbox. This is enriched by its sapele body and a clear note with warm basses and mids and by the Sitka spr uce top and brilliant highs. At the same time, the X-M bracing used here ensures excellent vibration behavior.
Handling
The okoum neck with Purpleheart fingerboard fits extremely well in the hand and with its nut width of 43 mm meets all requirements for flatpicking and strumming. The tortoise pickguard also prevents material damage when playing with plectrums. In addition to the pleasant playability, the guitar is equipped with other features for comfortable handling. For example, the Ibanez Advantage bridge pins used here make it easier to change strings. They feature a stopper that facilitates unplugging and plugging in. In addition, the effective die-cast tuning machines guarantee high tuning stability.
