The Hercules DJControl Jogvision DJ Controller is the first mobile Hercules DJ controller to feature a display in the centre of each jog wheel, simultaneously indicating both the playback speed and position in the track at a glance. As an entry level/semi-pro DJ controller the Hercules Jogvision ticks nearly all the boxes. It's portable size makes it easy for us mobile DJ's to lug around and the sound from the built in sound-card is very good. Love the FX features, especially the Air FX control and the jog wheels are just amazing on a controller in this price range. Works straight out of the box with Serato but if you use any other software (Virtual DJ8/Mixxx etc) you either have to map it yourself or try and find mapping on the net. The Aux input is another great feature and allows you to plug in an external source for background music before/after your set and again, in this price bracket, is an amazing feature. It won't beat the professional controllers but if you are looking for a good piece of kit that won't break the bank then the Jogvision is an ideal choice and so far I would choose this over the Pioneer RB/SB controllers in the same price range. The only downside for me is the plastic case, it feels a little cheap, but I guess Hercules have to make compromises to keep the price so low.
