Hemingway DP201 MkII AT at a glance
The DP201 MkII AT is a modern designed digital piano with a weighted 88-key hammer action keyboard and a powerful Stereo speaker system. The easy-to-play instrument is aimed at beginners and advanced players alike and offers 16 selected sounds that can be spiced up with reverb and Chorus effects if required. Thus, the digital piano covers a wide range that appeals to classical pianists as well as jazz and band keyboardists. The polyphony of64 voices is sufficiently high to ensure smooth playing. Here you can also choose the dual mode, with which you can play two sounds on top of each other, as well as the split mode, with which you can play a second sound on the left side of the keyboard. To be able to keep time while practicing and playing, a metronome can be switched on at any time. The recording function has a capacity of about 50,000 notes and manages several two-track songs. This is useful to check yourself, but also to replace the third and fourth hand on the instrument.
Chic piano stand
Precisely tailored to the dimensions of the DP201 MkII, it gives it a secure hold and the player a comfortable position at the instrument. The slim design discreetly blends the instrument into the living space without making it look clunky. The stand can be assembled in a few minutes without any technical expertise.
Lots of accessories!
The Hemingway DP201 MkII AT comes with a power supply and a music stand, which is ready for use by simply plugging it in. Also included is a sustain pedal, which again increases the playable expression possibilities.
Connections
Besides the input for the power supply, there is a connection for the included sustain pedal. Stereo outputs connect the instrument to a mixing console, audio interface or home stereo system. The stereo input is intended for connecting a smartphone or CD player and integrating the music from it into the exercises. Thanks to the headphone output with 6.3mm jack, it is possible to play and practice undisturbed at any time of the day. Audio and MIDI are transferred via the USB port. Thus, the digital piano acts as a master keyboard on a computer with music software (DAW) and the game can be recorded as an audio track in the computer.
