The TX600 offers a 3-band tone control with semi-parametric mids and an integrated compressor.
The TX600 has an output of 600 watts and weighs just 3.2 kg.
In the TX600, Hartke engineers combine proven tube technology with a modern Class D power amplifier to create a powerful sound monster that remains compact and lightweight despite its 600 watt output power.
The 12AX7 preamplifier promises a warm, dynamic sound character, which can be increased to rock overdrive with increasing gain. A 3-band tone control is available for adjusting the sound, which semi-parametrically designed mids have a decisive influence on the tone shaping. In addition, the sound can be enhanced with the integrated compressor of the Hartke TX600.
A balanced XLR output with ground lift is provided for easy removal of the top on stage or in the studio. Speaker cabinets are connected to the Hartke TX600 via a Speaker Twist or a jack socket.

The balanced line output helps to remove the TX600, while the power is safely transmitted to the speaker via the Speaker Twist jack.
This is a great amp - 600 watts at 8ohms impedance; it’s nice and loud and has a great tone. It wasn’t in stock at DV247 when I ordered it, but they kept me informed as to when it would be, and delivered it promptly. Would recommend both amp and the store.
It's small, it's light, it's on sale for a great price, but this little beauty sure does push out a loud 600W of RMS power. On top of that, it's incredibly intuitive and packed with features that really do assist you in getting that perfect bass sound.
My only gripe: I could have paid less by ordering from a European supplier who I wasn't familiar with. That made me nervous as I don't like my equipment being delivered with strange looking power cables that are clearly not for use in the UK. So I went to DV247, now part of a UK organisation (or so it says in their name). I mean, being UK focused, they'd obviously know to send a UK customer a UK power cable, right? WRONG!
