The typical Gretsch circuitry, which offersseparate volume controls for each pickup, a master volume and a master tone, can be used to call up a wide range of different tones.

As a long time user of a Gretsch Jet, one made in China, i was in love with it, but it had its drawbacks. This Japanese made one is everything i loved about my old one, without any of the problems.
The guitar sounds great both plugged in and acoustically, it is extremely light (as opposed to my old one), the craftmanship is perfect, it comes with top quality hardware (almost every upgrade I wanted to make on my old one is stock on this one, like locking tuners, straplocks, electronics etc). Also, the service from Music Store was very good. Overall, I am very happy with it
