The limited edition Gretsch G5655TG Electromatic Centerblock Jr. Bisgby Snow Crest White is a classic semi-hollow rocker with a powerful sound. Equipped with a center block, body with cutaway and a Bigsby vibrato, this Electromatic presents feeling and style in Gretsch style, while two Black Top Filter'Tron humbuckers in neck and bridge position produce a broad voice with additional punch even at high volumes. The 5655TG Electromatic is complemented by solid hardware with a Graph Tech Nubone saddle, vintage-style die-cast mechanics and an Adjusto-Matic bridge in gold finish.

Semihollow body & standard 'U' maple neck
As a genuine Gretsch Electromatic, the G5655TG has a body made of maple laminate, whose construction with center block can be easily extended even at higher volumes without generating unwanted feedback. The maple neck, on the other hand, is connected via a resonant glue connection. Its standard 'U' profile is strong and plays out its strengths especially in finger picking and chord playing.
Blacktop Filter'Tron Pickups
The two Blacktop Filter'Tron humbuckers used in neck and bridge position are a true classic among Gretsch instruments and produce powerful double coil sounds with a clear midrange note. The output of both pickups is balanced enough to handle anything from low gain settings to juicy overdrive sounds. Both pickups are controlled by separate volume controls, a master volume and a master tone control.
