With the Gretsch G2622T Streamliner Center Block Bigsby Steel Olive, the American company presents a semi-acoustic electric guitar whose distinctive sound is made for blues and rock. Thus, the large semi-hollow body promises a warm, resonant sound, which, however, does not tend to feedback thanks to the solid centre block made of spruce. At the amplifier, the two hotter-wound Gretsch Broad'Tron humbuckers deliver a characterful sound with lively dynamics, whose vocal mids and brilliant highs give every note tremendous assertiveness. naturally, the Gretsch G2622T Streamliner Center Block Bigsby also offers the classic Bigsby vibrato, which invites you to decorate melodies and chords with harmonically shimmering modulations.

This is my first ever Gretsch, i own a few other makes and was drawn to this immediately. I had never even picked this up to play so it was a bit of a risk! I love it, it's easy to play and can go from quite warm to twangy at the flick of a switch. With som overdrive it's actually very ballsy - surprisingly so! i would recommend highly!

Very well made and it's just beautiful. Horrible setup out of the box but can be fixed for 30 mins. Do not hesitate!

Excellent Guitar. I usually play semi acoustic guitar for over 50 years only used a strat electric guitar occasionally so purchased this Gretsch G2622T, Was set up by Music Store DV247 and is really easy to play.
