The Gibson Songwriter 12-String 2019 (Rosewood Burst) is a 12-string Acoustic Guitar and the fundamental version of the model introduced 2003. This versatile instrument features a solid Sitka Spruce top and a Rosewood body. This Guitar is at home in all genres of music and environments thanks to its master craftsmanship and an L.R. Baggs VTC pick-up for outstanding sound on both the stage and studio.
The classic combination of woods provides a very balanced and familiar sound; highs and mids are clear with a solid bass foundation for projection and assertiveness anywhere you play.
The gold-plated Grover Rotomatic tuners provide stable tuning, while the compensated Graph Tech TUSQ bridge insert provides a clean intonation and a flat string position. A Gibson hard-case is also included so the beautiful sound can travel wherever you go.
This guitar is something that words aren't enough to describe.
It plays like a dream and you can see how high end material it's made of.
And the hard case looks fantastic.
I own this guitar, excellent sound, great looking guitar BUT there is big problem that Fishman pickup causes bad vibration, because space in cut where is installed is bigger than Fish.pickup system. Due to this fact is there bad resonance specially on string E and A and you have to fix it with screws or put there piece of rubber to stop these vibration(cheap solutions). For me personally, Gibson with Fishmann Sonitone is not good cooperation and connection
