You have to do some sanding to get the switch through the hole, only to realise that it just too long for the shallow cavity of an Epi Les Paul. I would skip this part if you where upgrading an Epi
The original toggle switch on my Les paul failed so had been looking around for an original spec switchcraft toggle switch. The one supplied was better and a higher quality then the original fitted les paul swirtchcraft switch.
