The mahogany body not only has a slimmer frame width, but also nestles to the player thanks to the "Comfort-Carve Belly Scarf" on the back. The weight relief also makes this Les Paul surprisingly light so that nothing stands in the way of long gigs. The fast "Slim C" profile and the flowing "Contoured Axcess Heel" at the neck foot ensure unhindered playability across all layers of the Richlite fingerboard. Another special feature is the reinforced "Apex" headstock with a particularly stable transition between neck and headstock.
The Gibson 496R and 498T humbuckers can be split via pull switches.
