The Gibson Les Paul Faded 2018 Worn Bourbon is a 6-string electric guitar featuring a maple top and neck, a mahogany body, a rosewood fingerboard and a worn bourbon finish. This new Les Paul Classic for 2018 an ultra-modern weight relief chambered body for extra comfort and an enhanced resonance. Built with a mahogany body topped with maple that creates a smooth, dark aesthetic reflecting powerful deep tones, this Les Paul Classic features a slim taper maple neck and smooth rosewood fingerboard for a highly comfortable performance, incredibly bright characteristic, enhanced highs, firm lows and an open midrange.

A set of 490R and 490T humbucker pickups are designed to recreate the classic tone of the Gibson PAF pickups, thereby producing a rich, vintage tone suitable for any genre of music. Both pickups are designed with a moderately high output, enhancing the natural sustain and resonance of the lightweight body for added depth and dynamics. Independent tone and volume controls provide players with excellent tonal shaping, along with a toggle switch for a range of powerful tonal options. An aluminium Tune-o-Matic bridge and vintage-style keystone tuning machines offer solid string stability, whilst a Tektoid nut enhances harmonics in the highs and mids.
