Traditional Les Paul for left-handers with flexible sound and comfortable handling.
The Gibson Les Paul ClassicEbony Lefthand from the Modern Collection combines the traditional Les Paul design in the left-handed version with contemporary modifications. Based on the classic mahogany 9-hole Weight Relief construction, the left-handed instrument features a slim mahogany slim taper neck for modern demands and the rich tone of two Burstbucker 61 humbuckers with an open-coil zebra look. The four push/pull pots provide a variety of sounds in the form of coil taps and out-of-phase sounds, while the Pure Bypass sends the pure pickup signal directly to the amplifier. On the hardware side, the Les Paul Classic Lefthand presents traditional Paula appointments in the form of a proven ABR-1 Tune-O-Matic/Stopbar combination and Grover Rotomatic tuners with stylish Kidney wings.
The Gibson Les Paul Classic Ebony Lefthand combines a traditional design with contemporary playing characteristics and extensive sound options.
The LP Classic's comfortably playable "Slim Taper" mahogany neck is glued to the mahogany body.
Classic mahogany construction with slim taper neck.
The construction of the Les Paul ClassicLefthand pays special attention to combining the classic Les Paul sound with playing characteristics for modern demands. The proven 9-hole weight relief, finished with a solid maple top, reduces the Gewicht of the mahogany body without affecting the powerful and sustain-joyful sound character of the left-handed guitar. The slim "Slim Taper" profile of the glued mahogany neck also promises agile playing characteristics, so that every riff and lick comes easily from the fingers on the 22-fret rosewood fingerboard.
Gibson Burstbucker 61 humbuckers in zebra look and the extensive switching options promise versatile guitar sounds.
Burstbucker 61 pickups with flexible circuit.
As pickup Gibson chooses two Burstbucker 61 with open bobbins in the coveted zebra look. The humbuckers, equipped with Alnico magnets, conjure up traditional vintage tones on the guitar amp, which are ideally suited for clean and distorted playing between Blues and rock. Via push/pull switches in the volume controls, both humbuckers can be split to elicit glassy single coil sounds from the guitar amp. In addition to the out-of-phase circuit, which can be accessed via the push/pull switch in the first tone knob and promises a thinned-out, concise sound, the Les Paul Classic features Pure Bypass, which is activated via the pull switch in the second tone knob and routes the bridge pickup directly to the output jack without any detours.
Classic Rotomatic tuners from Grover keep the Gibson Les Paul Classic securely in the correct tuning.
Traditional Les Paul Hardware
Last but not least, Gibson completes the Les Paul Classic Ebony Lefthand with the traditional hardware features that guarantee unlimited reliability of the electric guitar. The lightweight aluminum tailpiece guides the strings over an ABR-1 Tune-O-Matic bridge, which guarantees accurate intonation and comfortably snare-free string action thanks to two thumb-wheels for height adjustment and six individually adjustable string saddles. On the coveted open-book headstock, Grover Rotomatic tuners also ensure precise and robust tuning.

This guitar is awesome, I was very surprised at the moment I first opened the case. It looks way better than in photos and it sounds as a Les Paul should, fat and sweet sound. Professional guitar, it plays like butter. The neck is perfect size for retro and modern players.
