The body is made of classic ES construction materials, the outer layer of the traditional maple/poplar laminate being made of curly maple, whose intensive grain is particularly emphasised by the finish in Faded Lightburst. The ES-335 Figured uses Burstbucker pickups on the bridge and neck, which deliver an authentic vintage sound in the best PAF tradition. With airy dynamics and transparent treble they transmit the warm timbre of the Gibson ES-335 Figured to the amplifier. The specification of this electric guitar is rounded off by a Tune-O-Matic bridge with titanium strings and mechanisms in the form of Grover Milk Bottle Rotomatics.
