Following the classic"Electric Spanish" design, the 1963 ES-335TDC Varitone Bigsby has a body with back, top and sides made of three-layer maple-poplar laminate, which colours the tone with a woody acoustic timbre. The solid center block made of Silver Leaf Maple reliably prevents the occurrence of feedback at high volumes. The authentic vintage feel is further enhanced by the glued mahagnoi neck in a fleshy but not too strong "Rounded C" profile.

As absolutely authentic PAF replicas, the Gibson ES-335TDC Varitone Bigsby's MHS humbuckers feature a warm vintage sound that combines organic dynamic behavior with vocal mids and an airy high frequency range, leading to expressive electric guitar playing between blues, rock and jazz. The six-stage Gibson Varitone switch is also on board for an extended range of sounds. In addition to the true bypass in position 1, five notch filters can be used to adjust the frequency range. In addition, the familiar volume and tone controls are available for each pickup.

Bigsby Vibrato and classic hardware

Accordingly, the strings are held on the body by the Bigsby B-7 vibrato, with which dazzling changes in pitch can be created to decorate solos or chords.
