The Gibson 1959 Les Paul Standard Iced Tea Burst from the Gibson Custom Shop comes closer to the coveted feel and sound of an original "'59 'Burst" than almost any other electric guitar. Here the Gibson Custom Shop naturally relies on the historical specifications and manufactures the electric guitar with a one-piece mahogany body, curly maple top and mahogany neck with a long neck foot, whereby Hide-Glue and a thin Nitro-Finish guarantee a free sound development and long Sustain. The not-too-strong "Authentic '59 Medium C" profile and the typical 12" radius of the rosewood fingerboard create further comfortable playing characteristics. At the guitar amplifier, two Gibson Custombuckers conjure up the typical PAF sound, whose singing mid-range spectrum and lively dynamics form the perfect basis for the classic licks and riffs of Blues and rock. An equally historically correct and reliable hardware configuration with ABR-1 Tune-O-Matic bridge, aluminium stopbar and Kluson Deluxe tuners completes the Gibson 1959 Les Paul Standard Iced Tea Burst.
