With the Gallien Krueger MB 200, the American company presents an extremely practical 200-watt bass top, which can be taken along in the Gigbag without any problems. The Class D power amp promises an amazingly rich sound with powerful punch and lively dynamics, while the analogue FET preamp creates the basis for a warm sound with precise sound representation. In addition to the Contour switch for general lowering of the midrange spectrum, the GK MB200 head offers an active 4-band tone control for precise adjustment of the timbre. Besides the balanced direct-out with pre/post switch, a headphone jack and a Speakon speaker jack complete the Gallien Krueger MB 200.

It is great head ,but lack of compressor , only 200W and a bit hiss makes it semi-professional/beginner head which can suit professional to. I am satisfied with sound and contour switch makes sound even better. Because I am one knob guy EQ is enough for me. Worth to try it or even buy this pocket rocket
