Revised version of the PlimSoul Overdrive/Distortion
The Fulltone Custom Shop PlimSoul MKII is the reworked version of a true classic overdrive and distortion pedal. Unlike many other stompboxes that offer either hard oder soft clipping, the PlimSoul MKII combines both sounds in two fully independent and separately controllable circuits. The MkII version of the PlimSoul now uses real germanium diodes instead of LEDs in the hard clipping Circuit, while the connections have been moved to the front of the pedal for better integration into pedalboard setups. Additionally, the input impedance has been raised, making the MKII version much more interactive with the volume pot of the Gitarre. Furthermore, the PlimSoul MKII offers extended sound shaping possibilities in the form of a Loss-Less Bass switch, which is connected before the Hard Clipping Stage and influences the low frequency part.
