While the combination of mahogany body, curly maple top and glued mahogany neck promises a powerful sound, the slim "Modern C" neck profile with flat fingerboard radius ensures extremely agile handling up to the highest registers. With two Seymour Duncan humbuckers, the classic '59 on the neck and the Pearly Gates on the bridge, the Fender Special Edition Custom Telecaster FMT delivers lively blues and rock tones with vocal mids that carry through superbly to the Mix. Thanks to the coil split option via push/pull switch in the tone knob, bell-clear single-coil sounds are also on the agenda.
