The Fender Redondo Mini Sunburst can be transported very comfortably thanks to its compact 3/4 dreadnought design. Thus, the acoustic guitar turns out to be the perfect companion on trips, in the park, or for street musicians. Despite its small size, the instrument produces an amazingly loud and assertive sound, which is not least due to the thinly laminated tone woods. Furthermore, the Redondo Mini is equipped with a flat neck, which is very easy to grip in all 18 frets. The electric guitar headstock gives the Guitar a very individual appearance, which is completed by the eye-catching sunburst finish. The scope of delivery includes a carrying bag.
Construction and woods
Since the top is made of laminated spruce, the mid and treble frequencies unfold very clearly. At the same time, the laminated mahogany body enriches the tone with a pleasant warmth that perfectly complements the overall sound. The flat nato neck with walnut fingerboard is very comfortable to grip due to the flat 'C' profile, making the instrument suitable for children and beginners.
Hardware and Design
Thanks to a saddle and slim 41.02 mm saddle made of Nubone, the Fender Redondo Mini Sunburst acoustic guitar intones cleanly and precisely over the entire 578 mm scale length. Vintage-style nickel tuners are set into the fancy electric guitar headstock, guaranteeing accurate tuning of the 6 steel strings. Besides a single-ply binding, the top is decorated with a double-ring rosette that outlines the soundhole. For orientation, fine dot inlays are worked into the fretboard, which round off the overall appearance in a very discreet way.
