This pre-wired pickguard for Stratocasters can be easily exchanged with standard 11-hole pickguards and equips each Strat with three Fender Texas Special single-coils , whose Alnico V magnets with overwound coils conjure up burning hot blues rock sounds. Thanks to reversed polarity and winding , the middle pickup operates completely without any disturbing noise in the intermediate positions.
