Furthermore, an ergonomically contoured neck foot ensures easier playability in the highest fingerboard positions of the quarter-sawn maple neck, while the compound radius, which rises from 9.5" to 12" across all 21 frets in narrow-tall format, always creates the best conditions for secure Chords and controlled lead playing.

The Set is complemented by a Custom Shop '60s single coil, which ensures hum-free intermediate positions thanks to reversed polarity and winding. The underlying Vintage Modified #2 wiring assigns the bridge pickup its own tone control, while the neck and middle position can be attenuated via the upper tone control.
